This applies to in stock designs only, not custom orders.

Once an order is placed and shipped, changes may not be made.  Changes may only be made if the order has not been processed and shipped.  All orders are processed within 1-2 days of receipt of the order.

Damages:  If for any reason an item arrives broken - please contact us.  We reserve the right to see the damaged merchandise if we choose to do so.  Otherwise, arrangements may be made to send out a replacement piece.

Returns:  If you need to return an item for whatever reason, the item must be shipped back to us at your cost in the original unused condition.  Please contact us prior to a return so we may discuss the reason for the return and for instructions on how to address the return.  Please make sure to pack the item well as to avoid breakage during transit. 

Custom Orders:

Due to the manufacturing process, we run overages in case some cups are imperfect.  We reserve the right to ship and bill up to 5% of the order for the overages.  You will be notified of overages before they are charged and billed.  Also due to the molding process, there can be more than 5% in shortages due to damages.  We do not ship cups that have any imperfections.
